1. Statement of Compliance

All content made available on this Site depicts only persons who were at least 18 years of age at the time the content was produced. The Operator strictly prohibits the depiction of minors and complies with all applicable laws regarding the protection of minors.

2. User Generated Content (UGC)

As a provider of an interactive computer service, the Site contains materials uploaded by third-party users. The Operator requires all users who upload content (Creators) to:

Perform age and identity verification before being permitted to upload.
Represent and warrant that they maintain the necessary documentation (Record Keeping) proving the age of all individuals depicted.

5. Reporting and Takedown

The Operator maintains a Zero Tolerance Policy toward illegal content. If you encounter any material on this Site that appears to depict a minor or is otherwise non-consensual, please contact us immediately via our Report button or at admin@praseni.com. We undertake to remove such material and report the incident to relevant authorities (e.g., NCMEC) within 24 hours.
