REFUND AND COMPLAINT POLICY

Thank you for choosing PRASENI.COM. We strive to ensure your satisfaction. Since we provide digital content, please read our rules regarding complaints and refunds carefully.

1. Digital Content and Right of Withdrawal

By purchasing credits or a subscription, you provide your express prior consent to the immediate delivery of digital content. In accordance with Section 1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code (and EU Directive 2011/83/EU), you acknowledge that once the digital content is made available to you (i.e., credits are added to your account), you lose your right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

Refund requests are assessed individually. You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

Technical Error: A duplicate payment occurred, or you were charged but the service was not activated due to a system fault.
Service Unavailability: If the Platform was unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours during your active access.
Fraud: Verified unauthorized use of your payment card by a third party.

3. Billing Inquiries and Descriptor

Descriptor: Please note that transactions will appear on your credit card or bank statement under the name of our payment processor: [VTS*PRASENI.COM or similar identifier].
Direct Support: For any billing-related questions, you can contact our payment processor Verotel directly at https://vtsupport.com.

4. How to Request a Refund

Please do not contact your bank for a chargeback immediately. Contacting us first is the fastest way to resolve any issue.

Required Info: Transaction ID, user email, date, and amount. We aim to process all requests within 48 hours.

5. Chargeback Policy

Unauthorized chargebacks (disputing a payment through your bank instead of contacting us) are considered a violation of our Terms of Use.

Sanctions: Your account will be permanently banned and you will be blacklisted from our platform.
Blacklisting: Your data may be shared with international fraud prevention databases, which may prevent you from making future purchases on other platforms within the Verotel network.
