  • Age and Identity Verification: We collect copies of IDs and use biometric facial recognition (selfies) to ensure the User is over 18. This data is processed solely for verification and is stored securely.

  • Payment Data: Payments are processed via Verotel. We do not store your full card details. We only store transaction IDs and basic info (e.g., card brand and last 4 digits) for support and billing identification.

  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and access logs (stored for security reasons).

4. Data Retention Period

  • Account Data: Stored for the duration of your registration.

  • Identification Records: In accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and AML laws, certain identification records are kept for at least 5 years (or as required by specific statutes).

  • Accounting/Tax Data: Stored for 10 years as required by Czech law.

We do not sell your data. We only share it with:

  • Verotel (Merchant Services): For payment processing and billing support.

  • Identity Verification Services: Third-party tools used for automated age checks.
