To ensure a high-quality experience for all our users and advertisers, all promotional content must comply with the following policies.

1. Advertiser Eligibility

• Registration: Only registered users of Praseni.com are eligible to create and manage advertisements.

• Subscription Requirement: Advertising is a premium feature. To create an ad, the user must have an active subscription package that specifically includes advertising permissions.

2. Ad Formats

Advertisers can choose from the following formats:

• Image Ads: Text accompanied by a static image.

• Video Ads: Promotional video content. All media files must meet our technical specifications regarding file size, resolution, and duration.

3. Payments, Credits, and Billing

• Wallet System: Advertising on Praseni.com is credit-based. All costs are deducted from the user’s internal wallet.

• Billing Models: Advertisers can choose between:

  • Cost Per Impression (CPM): Charged based on the number of views.

  • Cost Per Click (CPC): Charged only when a user clicks on the ad.

• Sufficient Balance: It is the advertiser's responsibility to ensure their wallet has a sufficient credit balance. If the balance reaches zero, all active ads will be automatically paused until the credit is topped up.

4. Scheduling and Targeting

• Duration: Advertisers must set a specific start and end date/time for each campaign.

• Targeting: Advertisers have the option to define the target audience (reach) to ensure their content is shown to the most relevant users.

5. Review and Approval Process

• Admin Review: Every advertisement is subject to manual review by our administration team before being published.

• Timeline: The approval process may take up to 48 hours. Please plan your campaigns accordingly.

• Decision: We reserve the right to approve or reject any advertisement at our sole discretion. 

6. Content Restrictions and Legal Compliance

All advertisements must strictly adhere to:

• Local and International Laws: Content must not promote illegal activities or violate any applicable laws.

• Platform Terms: Ads must comply with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and these Advertising Policies.

• Prohibited Content: We do not allow ads that contain hate speech, unauthorized copyrighted material, or misleading/deceptive information.

7. Right to Remove

Praseni.com reserves the right to pause or remove any advertisement that is found to be in violation of these policies after approval, without prior notice.
