CONTENT POLICY

1. Introduction
PRASENI.COM is an adult-oriented platform that supports freedom of expression and allows creators to monetize their original content. To ensure a safe environment and compliance with legal standards, all users and creators must strictly adhere to these rules.

2. Allowed Content
Users over 18 years of age may upload:

Erotic and pornographic photos and videos depicting persons over 18 years of age.

Artistic nudes.

Adult-themed texts and blogs.

Live streams that comply with these policies.

AI-generated content, provided it does not depict real persons without their consent and is clearly labeled as AI.

3. Strictly Prohibited Content (Zero Tolerance)
The following content is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Uploading such content will result in immediate permanent account termination, withholding of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

Minors: Any content depicting persons under 18 years of age, or content that sexually stylizes persons to look like minors (so-called schoolgirl/boy stylization violating laws).

Non-Consensual Content (Revenge Porn & Deepfakes):

Uploading content without the express consent of all depicted persons.

Content created using AI (Deepfakes) utilizing the likeness of a real person without their written consent.

Extreme Violence and Illegal Acts: Depiction of real violence, rape, torture, incest, necrophilia, zoophilia, or mutilation (gore).

Lack of Consent (Sleep/Intoxication): Content depicting sexual acts with persons who are asleep, unconscious, or showing signs of severe intoxication by drugs or alcohol (inability to give consent).

Illegal Substances: Promotion, use, or sale of hard drugs and illegal pharmaceuticals.

Escort and Prostitution: Offering, soliciting, or facilitating physical sexual services for payment.

Public Sex: Content depicting sexual acts in public places where non-participating persons may be offended (e.g., streets, parks, shops).

Prohibited Metadata (Titles and Descriptions): It is strictly prohibited to use titles, descriptions, or tags that describe illegal acts (e.g., "rape", "underage", "child"), even if the visual content itself is legal. Misleading descriptions evoking illegal content are treated as strictly as the content itself.

4. Rules for Creators and Co-performers
Identity Verification: Every creator wishing to earn money must undergo the age and identity verification process (KYC).

Rights to Content: Creators must own the copyright to all uploaded content. It is prohibited to upload stolen content, content downloaded from other websites ("leaks"), or content belonging to other persons without a license.

Co-performers and Tagging Obligation: If any other person appears in the video or photo, that person must be a registered user of the Platform with fully verified identity (completed age and document verification).

Tagging Obligation: The Creator is obliged to properly tag each co-performer using their username (@tagging function) when uploading content.

Co-performer Status: The co-performer's profile does not need to contain any uploaded content and does not need to have an active uploading package (Membership). The "Verified User" status is sufficient. This ensures that the Platform knows the identity of all persons in the content.

Sanctions: Uploading content with persons who do not have an active and verified profile on the Platform is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule (e.g., uploading an untagged person or a person without a verified profile) will lead to immediate rejection of the content, account blocking, and withholding of earnings.

5. Moderation and Reporting
All content is subject to monitoring (manual). Users are obliged to report any post that violates these policies using the "Report" button. We investigate all reports with priority, usually within 24 hours.
